For renaming of the client, representative or company, the client should prepare for related certified documents and set them to MD-CHTD.

Termination

• After filling out the Termination Date on Application/Modification form, MD-CHTD sends its copy to the TWIX Work Force Group for disconnection operation. The procedure of digital circuit termination is the same as that of “Domestic Digital Circuit Modification”, and should be completed by the applicant.
